Appointment Policies

Arrival:  I ask that you arrive 5 minutes prior to your treatment. This allows you ample time to check-in, complete a short health intake form if not done online, and then prepare for your session.

Late Arrival Policy: Arriving late will simply limit the time for your session. Your session will end on time so that the next client is not delayed. You will also be expected to pay the full amount of what would have been your session time should you arrive late to your appointment. 

When you book an appointment with me that time is set aside for you - and ONLY you. I never double book and I try to always be ready for you when you arrive. In return, I ask that you keep your promise to me and show up for your appointment on time.

No Show Policy: Just as your time is precious, I honor that for myself too. The policy is simple, if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 12 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the half cost of the treatment as booked.

Cancellation Policy: In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment with me, please contact me by phone/text at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not hear from you and you do not keep your appointment, the above policy must, and will be applied. A friendly reminder about cancellations:  I understand that ‘life happens,’ but in fairness to myself, I maintain the right to charge for short-notice cancellations [less than 4 hours] or no-shows. This charge could be up to the full price of the session.  I evaluate all situations individually and compassionately. Feel free always to contact me with specific questions concerning this policy.

Note: I truly recognize that there are circumstances that are out of your control (sudden illness, family emergencies, etc.) and I will make an exception to the above policies on those occasions.
